PURPOSE: An exercise device using attractive force of magnet is provided to let a user to repeatedly remove attractive force generated between magnets by using muscles of arms or legs, thereby enabling effective exercising. CONSTITUTION: An exercise device using attractive force of magnet comprises a hemispherical-shaped supporting member (100) which has a reception groove (110) engraved on each of the top, left, and right surfaces; a contact member (200) which contacts the bottom surface of the supporting member and is coupled to the top surface of the supporting member; a magnet (300) which is inserted into each reception groove of the supporting member; an outer cover (400) which surrounds the supporting member while hiding the magnet and has an end portion combined to the contact member; and a belt (500) which enables a user to wear the device in a state of contacting the bottom surface of the contact member, to which an end portion of the outer cover is combined. A hanger loop (600), into which both ends of the belt are inserted, respectively, is formed to protrude from both sides of the contact member. One end of the belt passing one hanger loop is combined to a hook (700), to be capable of adjust the length of the belt. The other end of the belt includes a female Velcro tape (510) and male Velcro tape (520) that are formed on the top surface and the bottom surface of the belt respectively.
