PURPOSE: A microorganism capable of producing L-amino acid is provided to reduce the time for recovery of the energy metabolism balance, increase of cell activation, and incubation and to increase the producing capacity of L-amino acid by increasing ATP within a cell of microorganism capable of producing L-amino acid. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant E. coli capable of L-threonine or L-tryptophan is modified so that the activation of at least one protein selected from the group consisting of protein YsaA having amino acid sequence of Sequence no. 2, protein YdaS having amino acid sequence of Sequence no. 4 and protein YbiX having amino acid sequence of Sequence no. 6 becomes weak. The protein YsaA is encoded by polynucleotide sequence of Sequence no. 1. The protein YdaS is encoded by polynucleotide sequence of Sequence no. 3. The protein YbiX is encoded by polynucleotide sequence of Sequence no. 5. A manufacturing method of L-threonine or L-tryptophan comprises a step of cultivating a recombinant E. coli producing L-threonine or L-tryptophan, which is modified so that the activation of at least one protein selected from the group consisting of protein YsaA having amino acid sequence of Sequence no. 2, protein YdaS having amino acid sequence of Sequence no. 4 and protein YbiX having amino acid sequence of Sequence no. 6 becomes weak, from E. coli.
