PURPOSE: A pot in which a cooking is quick is provided to reduce a heat loss, and to increase a heat transfer rate by having multiple protrusion parts formed on a bottom surface and multiple pipes equipped in a side part. CONSTITUTION: A pot in which a cooking is quick comprises a central part (10), and a handle part (20). Multiple protrusion parts (12) are compactly arranged in a bottom surface of the central part. A surface area of a side contacting with a food and a bottom surface contacting with a flame increases due to multiple protrusion parts. A pipe (11) is equipped in a side of an inside of the central part, and a heat inside the pot is kept by the pipe and an air bubble formed on the pipe. In the pipe, an upper end is broad as much as a chopstick enters, and a lower end becomes narrow as much as the chopstick does not get out. The chopstick is stored temporarily.
