PURPOSE: An air conditioner using a heat pump is provided to reduce a heat energy loss which is emitted to the outside by heating a target heating fluid with a refrigerant flowing to a condenser from compressor at a high temperature. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner(10) using a heat pump comprises a heat pump unit(20) and a hot water unit(30). The heat pump unit forms a closed circuit by connecting first and second heat exchangers(21,22). The heat pump unit has the circulation pipe of first and second refrigerant(23,24), an expansion valve(26) which controls the flow of the refrigerant, a compressor(25) which is installed on the circulation pipe of the second refrigerant, and a four-way valve(27). The hot water unit is placed on the circulation pipe of the second refrigerant and heat to heat water by exchanging high temperature refrigerant and the water which flows to the first or second heat exchanger from the compressor. The circulation pipe of the second refrigerant comprises a first pipe member that connects the first heat exchanger with the compressor, and a second pipe member that connects the second heat exchanger and the compressor. |
