PURPOSE: A method for remotely measuring high level alpha/beta rays contamination and a system using the same are enhance the measurement efficiency of a measurement object by regularly maintaining a measuring sensor of a alpha/beta rays contamination measuring device on a surface of the measurement object. CONSTITUTION: A system for remotely measuring high level alpha/beta rays contamination comprises a 2D distance measuring unit(10), an alpha/beta rays contamination detecting unit(50), a processor, a driving controller(40). The 2D distance measuring unit scans a surface of a measurement object according to a movement on a real time basis, thereby measuring height values with respect to an X-axial and Y-axial and Z- axial coordinates from the measurement object. The alpha/beta rays contamination detecting unit measures the contamination of the surface of the measurement object. The processor outputs a distance value in which measurement errors are minimized through a filtering and interpolation treating process after saving a data value measured by the 2D distance measuring unit and data measured by the alpha/beta rays contamination detecting unit. The driving controller receives processing signals output by the processor and outputs driving signals according to the received processing signals to the 2D distance measuring unit and alpha/beta rays contamination detecting unit. |
