PURPOSE: A carbon composition for super capacitor cell electrode, an electrode thereof, a manufacturing method thereof, and a cell thereof are provided to prevent cracking of electrode and re-dissolving of binder formation system, thereby not damaging mechanical property of electrode due to aqueous electrolyte. CONSTITUTION: A hydrophile binder formation system comprises at least a first polymer in ratio of 3-10wt%. The number average molecular weight of the first polymer is bigger than 10,000 g/mol. The first polymer comprises ester which is a partially hydrolyzed vinyl acetate type. The hydrophile binder formation system comprises at least a second polymer in a ratio of 0.3-3wt%. The second polymer has a pKa of 0-6, and a number average molecular weight of over 500/mol. |
