PURPOSE: Chaperone composition including RPS3a as an active ingredient and composition for liver cancer is provided to suggest that the impediment of a cytolytic partner giving functional stability about HBx becomes another therapy target toward the prevention of liver disease related with HBV. CONSTITUTION: Chaperone composition for protein comprises one protein selected from group comprised of ribosomal protein RPS3a, RPL27a, RPS24, RPL8, RPL35a and RPS27a as an active ingredient. The RPS3a has an amino acid sequence represented by sequence number 1; the RPL27a has an amino acid sequence represented by sequence number 2; the RPS24 has an amino acid sequence represented by sequence number 3; the RPL8 has an amino acid sequence represented by sequence number 4; the RPL35a has an amino acid sequence represented by sequence number 5; the RPS27a has an amino acid sequence represented by sequence number 6. The protein is Hepatitis B virus X (HBx) protein. The chaperone composition for protein includes the ribosomal protein RPS3a fraction, which is comprised of amino acid residue of 50 in 1 of the sequence number 1, as an active ingredient. Composition for liver cancer includes antibody for the ribosomal protein RPS3a, RPL27a, RPS24, RPL8, RPL35a and RPS27a as an active ingredient.
