PURPOSE: An exercise device using attractive force of a magnet is provided to let a user to repeatedly remove attractive force generated between magnets by using muscles of arms or legs. CONSTITUTION: An exercise device using attractive force of a magnet comprises magnets (100) which generate adhesive force; supporters (200) which are inserted into each coupling groove (210) so that the magnets cannot flow; contactors (300) which are combined to the supporters, and have the top surfaces contacting the bottom surfaces of the supporters; one pair of coupler (A) which has an outer cover surrounding each supporter and each magnet combined to the top surface of the contactor and is coupled to an outer side; a combining belt (500) which is installed passing through the contactors for connecting the contactors to each other; and a combining unit (600) which enables both ends of the combining belt to combine to each other.
