PURPOSE: A spindle motor is provided to prevent the damage of a magnet by forming a skirt part in which a soft magnet is attached to a rotor in a labeling method. CONSTITUTION: A stator (150) comprises a base, a core, and a coil. The base fixes sleeve rotatably supporting a shaft. The core is fixed on the upper part of the base. The coil is wound at the core. A rotor (140) comprises a hub (141) of a cup shape and a skirt part in which a soft magnet (10) is attached in a labeling method. The soft magnet is formed with a soft and flexible magnetic material.
