PURPOSE: A vibration-proof gasket for vehicle shock absorbers and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent residual vibration of a shock absorber from being delivered to a car body and provide excellent heat-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and electromagnetic wave absorbing characteristics. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a vibration-proof gasket for vehicle shock absorbers includes below processes. Raw materials are mixed and aged(S100), wherein the materials include neoprene, paraffin based oil, magnesium oxide, Antox AW-P, stearic acid, pigment, sulfur, TT(Tetramethyl Thiuram Disulfide), and ferrite. A sheet generated through the mixing and aging is cut into required-sized pieces(S200). The cut sheet is molded and shaped as a product with a required weight and shape(S300). The product is vulcanized and finished(S400). The finished product is tested(S500).
