PURPOSE: A milling machine is provided to automatically adjust fineness of rice according to the moisture rate of the rice. CONSTITUTION: A milling machine comprises a moisture measuring unit(600) and a milling unit(200). The moisture measuring unit measures the moisture included in the rice. The milling unit adjust the fineness of the rice by controlling the roation number of a motor according to the measured moisture. The milling machine additionally includes an inverter(400) and a control unit(500). The inverter provides alternating current to the motor. The alternating current has a phase which corresponds to the phase information provided according to the moisture measuring unit. The control unit generates the command signal in the inverter for controlling the motor.
