PURPOSE: The roughage growing apparatus which reduces sprouting and raising seedling period of roughage is provided to provide optimal light for sprouting of seed and raising seedling. CONSTITUTION: A guard power comprises a power management part (116) where it is stored inside and electricity outside power is received from outside for growing crops. The controller part (119) controls temperature for sprouting seed, raising seedling, humidity and water supply. The structure of a tray part (120) for cultivation keeps tray where seeds cultivated. The part of lighting part (106) controls brightness of artificial light source and color for light in which seed requires irradiation. The controller part is mounted outside the user house in a touch panel form and has a user Interface (UI) which receives input information of the user.
