PURPOSE: A temperature display device is provided to change the roasting condition variously and output the optimum roasting condition. CONSTITUTION: A temperature sensing module (110) senses and indicates the roasting temperature of green coffee bean, and outputs the roasting temperature outwards. A display terminal (120) displays temperature change according to temperature sensing signal. A temperature output module (130) controls the display terminal according to the temperature sensing signal. A temperature sensing unit (111) senses the roasting temperature. A display unit (113) indicates the sensed temperature. A control unit (115) changes the temperature value into digital signal, indicates in the display unit. A signal transmitting unit (117) transmits the outputted signal to the temperature output module. A drum temperature sensor (111a) senses the drum temperature. A hot blast temperature sensor (111b) senses the hot blast temperature flowed into drum. A signal receiving unit (131) receives the roasting temperature sensing signal. A terminal control unit (133) controls the display terminal.
