PURPOSE: A sink attachment type food waste drying weight reduction vehicle is provided to simplify a structure of a device by dehydrating and drying food waste in order to reduce the weight of the food waste and by grinding and discharging the food waste. CONSTITUTION: A sink attachment type food waste drying weight reduction vehicle includes a dual cylindrical container body and a piston-shaped discharge structure. An inner cylinder of a dual cylindrical structure performs the function of a drying container, and an outer cylinder performs the function of a dehydration container. The upper part of the inner cylinder is bored so that water contained in food waste is discharged. A cutter is installed on the lower end of the inner cylinder, and a heater is installed on the upper part. A discharge port is installed on the lower part. The discharge structure includes a structure in which the discharge port is opened when a piston is pulled by a worm geared motor.
