PURPOSE: A wind power and photovoltaic generator for inducing wind power in order to sail a ship on the sea is provided to induce the wind power from a space around the upper and the lower side of a photovoltaic panel, thereby reinforcing a rotational force for a rotary blade. CONSTITUTION: A wind power and photovoltaic generator for inducing wind power in order to sail a ship on the sea includes a first inducing zone (151) and a second inducing zone (152). A partition in the inlet zone (141) of a rotation zone protrudes up and down so that jacket parts are respectively formed at the upper and the lower side of the rotation zone and the inducing zones are respectively formed. A reversed horn shape is formed along the outer walls (145) of the inducing zones so that a flow rate inducing zone is formed outside an outlet zone. A decompression zone is formed at the rotation zone so that the influx of the wind power from the inlet zone is reinforced and the rotational force of a rotary drum is reinforced. |
