PURPOSE: A device and a method thereof for protecting personal location information in an environment in which multiple users exist are provided to resolve the problem of delay of responding to the service request of a user due to the increase of the loads of a service provider. CONSTITUTION: A processing part (11) transmits multiple user identifiers to a first anonymization server group through a communication part. The processing part receives a first data pair from the first anonymization server group. The processing part produces a second data pair based on the received first data pair. The processing part transmits the generated second data pair to a second anonymization server group through the communication part. The processing part receives a key group, which is grouped based on a key identical to the second data pair, from the second anonymization server group.
