PURPOSE: A thin film forming device and a method thereof are provided to coat two liquid materials on a target by one injecting operation with a first and a second nozzle head. CONSTITUTION: A thin film forming device comprises a stage, a first and a second nozzle head, a moving unit, and a control unit. The stage supports a target. The first and the second nozzle head face the target and comprise a plurality of nozzle holes. Two different colors of liquid materials are discharged through the nozzle holes. The moving unit moves the stage or the nozzle heads in the in-plane direction of the target. The control unit controls the moving unit and the nozzle heads. A thin film forming method comprises the steps of: forming a first thin film (32) with a first color by dispensing a liquid material with the first color on the surface of a target through a plurality of first nozzle holes based on the image data of a desired thin film pattern; and forming a second thin film (33) with a second color, which is different from the first color, by dispensing a liquid material with the second color on the surface of the target through a plurality of second nozzle holes based on the image data of a desired symbol pattern.
