PURPOSE: A guide roller is provided to compatibly apply the guide roller to a various diameters of pipes. CONSTITUTION: A guide groove is installed inside the lower body (21) and upper body (22), and small caliber installation grooves and large caliber grooves are respectively installed in 4 directions of the guide groove. The lower body has a groove portion (27b) formed in the end of roller extension shaft (27) forming roller holes (27a) in 4 directions. The upper body has a protrusion outlet formed in the end of the roller connector forming roller holes in 4 directions. The protrusion outlet is combined with fastening bolt (37) and nut in the roller hole after groove binding. Small caliber guide rollers are combined with the small caliber installation grooves 25-28mm in diameter, install the small caliber pipes in 4 directions. Large caliber guide rollers are combined with the large caliber installation grooves 32-34mm in diameter, install the large caliber pipes in 4 directions. The lower body and the upper body install the respective contact protrusions in both sides of through holes (23) formed in both sides of the lower and upper body. More contact guide protrusions are formed in the external diameter of fixing nut (29) on the outside of the roller hole of the lower body. |
