PURPOSE: A double-structured kiln is provided to reduce heat loss and fuel consumption to soft bake by using waste heat exhausted from firing chambers. CONSTITUTION: A double-structured kiln(100a) comprises a first firing chamber(110), a second firing chamber(120), a first flue(130), a second flue(140), and a stack(150). The first firing chamber is heated up to a first pre-set temperature by heat provided from a first fire hole. The first flue is arranged at the lower part of the first firing chamber. The heat inside the first firing chamber is exhausted through the first flue. The second flue is connected to the first flue, and is arranged higher than the first flue. The second firing chamber is arranged on top of the second flue and is heated up to a second pre-set temperature by the heat passing through the second flue. The stack is connected to the second flue. |
