PURPOSE: An integrated-control system using a common interface is provided to integrally support a mobile service or a web service regardless of the kind of a monitoring device in a remote place. CONSTITUTION: A local device(100) collects real time measurement data from a measurement unit(50) in a site. A remote monitoring device(300) performs remote monitoring through the real time measurement data or analyzed real time measurement data. An integrated control server(200) analyzes the measurement data. The integrated control server enables the remote monitoring device to access databases(241,242) through a common interface unit(250) for supporting all communication services.
