PURPOSE: Antenna automatic conversion system of a mobile station, operation method thereof and recording medium are provided to automatically change an antenna of a mobile station according to variation of communication situation within a mobile communication network. CONSTITUTION: An input database (DB) (211) collects a first parameter and a second parameter required for judgment of antenna change of a mobile station through an operation management unit. An antenna conversion decision unit (215) decides conversion of an antenna of the mobile station using the collected first and second parameters. The antenna conversion decision unit calculates statistics values of the first and second parameters. The antenna conversion decision unit decides conversion of an antenna being operated according to a compared result between a measured duration and predetermined reference time.
