PURPOSE: A hinge apparatus and a portable terminal including the same are provided to supply improved opening and closing force. CONSTITUTION: A second housing (770) is provided to the other end of a driving cam member. A second cam member (750) includes a second cam profile corresponding to a second driving cam profile. The second cam member is accepted inside the second housing. A second elastic member (760) is accepted inside the second housing. The second elastic member supplies elastic force to move the second cam member to the other of the driving cam member.
