PURPOSE: A stick grip band and a stick set including the same is provided to prevent a stick from breaking away from a hand when a percussion instrument is played, thereby implementing stable drum playing. CONSTITUTION: A stick grip band (100) comprises a plate-shaped body (110) which is composed of a flexible material and unidirectionally extended. The plate-shaped body has a first hole (120) and a second hole (130) which are formed on one side in the length direction. Multiple cut-out parts (140) are formed on the inner circumferential surfaces of the first hole (120) and the second hole (130). |
