PURPOSE: The display device can properly process or support a high quality demand of images displayed on the display device or a high brightness demand of the images. CONSTITUTION: The display device comprises a display panel (10) and a parallax barrier (130). The display panel comprises pixels (12) arranged in 2D matrix in a first direction or a second direction different from the first direction. The parallax barrier separates transmissive display panel or pixels displayed on a transmissive display panel into pixels for multiple views and includes light transmissive unit and multiple light barriers.
