PURPOSE: A power takeoff direct connection type safety hydraulic pump for a vehicle is provided to improve efficiency of power transmission and to rapidly and smoothly supply oil. CONSTITUTION: A power takeoff direct connection type safety hydraulic pump for a vehicle comprises an oil induction hole (40), an oil discharge hole (41), an oil circulation hole (30), an opening layer, and a safety valve (50). The oil induction hole and the oil discharge hole induce oil to both sides on which a first gear inserted into a housing (10) and a second gear are engaged. The oil circulation hole circulates the oil by being engaged with the oil induction hole and the oil discharge hole. The opening layer is inserted into an insertion port of the oil circulation hole and is connected to an elastic spring. The opening layer opens the oil circulation hole with the pressure of the oil. The safety valve supports the elastic spring inserted into the insertion port of the oil circulation hole.
