PURPOSE: A dash inner insulator for a vehicle in which sound absorption performances are improved is provided to reduce noise through a hollow formed on a hollow fiber sound absorption layer and to obtain thermal insulation effects like an air layer. CONSTITUTION: A dash inner insulator (10') for a vehicle comprises a two layer structure of a polyurethane foam layer (11) and a hollow fiber absorption layer (15). The hollow fiber absorption layer comprises a three layer structure of an upper felt layer, a filler, and a lower felt layer. The upper felt layer and the lower felt layer are manufactured by mixing a low-melting point polyester fiber and a polyester hollow fiber at a predetermined ratio. The filler is manufactured by mixing the low-melting point polyester fiber, a black fiber, and foam chip at the predetermined ratio.
