The assembly has a flexible bond (1) connecting, using a snap hook (2), a hearing aid to an ear of a carrier via a fixing device (5), where the fixing device is provided at an end of the bond. The fixing device fixes the hearing aid with the ear by piercing or pinching the ear. The bond is formed in the form of a chain having links of various shapes articulated with each other or in the form of a flexible cable in a medically recognized hypoallergenic and antimagnetic material. The hook has a fast opening device to quickly connect or disconnect the bond with the hearing aid.
