PURPOSE: An unmanned air vehicle control system and a method thereof are provided to define hierarchical authorities and to grant a role in relation to a higher level authority or a lower level authority, thereby avoiding the repetition of a process of granting an authority to a role. CONSTITUTION: A role management unit (210) selects a role, among multiple roles, depending on the duty of a user and assigns the selected role to the user. An authority management unit (220) grants an authority, among authorities for the functions of the unmanned air vehicle, to the role assigned to the user. A command management unit (230) relays information between the user and the unmanned air vehicle based on the given authority of the role assigned to the user.
