PURPOSE: An eyecam, an eyecam service system using tunneling protocol and a method thereof are provided to enable to check the situation of a desired place simply at everywhere and anytime. CONSTITUTION: An eyecam server database (120) stores eyecam server information. An eyecam server registration system (110) databases and classifies information of each user by receiving eyecam server information through one port and then stores the information in the eyecam server database. A user database (150) stores user information or eyecam server information of a user. A security control server (140) subscribes a service by receiving the eyecam server information or the information of the user from a user terminal, and stores the information in the user database. A relay server (130) transmits a message to the user terminal according to the request of an eyecam server, and connects the user terminal and the eyecam server by referring to the user database or the eyecam server database according to the request of the user terminal.
