PURPOSE: Method and system thereof securing group communication in M2M communication environment are provided to make MTC devices securely communicate with one or plurality of broadcasting group messages using unique group key information. CONSTITUTION: An MTC server (120) is communicably connected to a plurality of MTC devices. A mobile management entity (MME) (102) secures group communication between the MTC server and the plurality of MTC devices. The MME includes a group key module. The group key module securely makes one or plurality of broadcasting messages communicate (s) with the one or plurality of the plurality of MTC devices using unique group key information.
