PURPOSE: An artificial intervertebral disk for the cervical spine is provided to enable a user to easily and naturally move his or her neck after an operation by forming an open slit groove part on the front and both sides of an artificial disk member. CONSTITUTION: An artificial intervertebral disk for the cervical spine comprises an artificial disk member (10) and a disk support member (20). The artificial disk member is inserted between the cervical vertebrae. The disk support member supports the artificial disk member so that the artificial disk member can be located between the cervical vertebrae. The artificial disk member comprises a slit groove part (11) which is open on the front and both sides thereof.
