PURPOSE: A producing method of a crab powder seasoning is provided to process the whole crabs into a powder form. CONSTITUTION: Crabs are washed with purified water for removing foreign substances. The washed crabs are inserted into a steamer and steamed for 30 minutes at 100°C. The steamed crabs are dried in a drier for 24 hours at 45-60°C. The dried crabs are processed into 90-150 mesh powder. The crab powder is mixed with 5-20% of 90-150 mesh fermented soybean powder.
