PATTERN FORMING COMPOSITION AND PATTERN FORMING METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A pattern formation composition is provided to form a cubic pattern with excellent clearness, adhesive property, and cubic property on a glass material by coating the pattern on the glass material with a metallic paint composition. CONSTITUTION: A pattern formation composition contains a mixture of an acrylic denatured polyol resin and a melamine resin, a viscosity modifier, and an organic solvent. The viscosity modifier is selected from the group consisting of a denatured urea solution, a polyhydroxycarboxyl acid amide solution, bentonite, and amide wax. The pattern formation composition has the viscosity (cps) of 5,000-8,000. The glass transition temperature (Tg) of the acrylic denatured polyol resin is 10-50°C. The hardening temperature of the melamine resin is 150-200°C. The pattern formation composition additionally contains silica.
