PURPOSE: A production method of an optical curing pre-polymer composition is provided to use the composition as a coating agent, and to offer excellent workability, environment-friendly property, solvent resistance, and photonic property compare to an existing urethane acrylate or epoxy acrylate type coating agent. CONSTITUTION: A production method of an optical curing pre-polymer composition comprises the following steps: inserting silane and (meth)acrylate into a reactor; stirring the mixture; and removing bubbles from the stirred mixture. The stirring step includes a step of vacuum-collecting methanol from the mixture by separating and distilling. The production method of the optical curing pre-polymer composition additionally comprises a step of inserting a photo initiator between a stirring step and a bubble removing step.
