PURPOSE: A reinforcing bar coupling device is provided to reduce construction periods by rapidly coupling a coupler and a connection port of a fiber reinforced plastic material in a screw method. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing bar coupling device (100) comprises a connection port (200), a pair of couplers (300,300'), and a pair of packing rings. The connection port forms a first hollow unit in order to connect a pair of reinforcing bars (10,10'), and a first screw thread is formed on the outer circumference of both ends. The coupler forms a second hollow unit so that the reinforcing bars penetrates, and a second screw thread is formed on the inner circumference of both ends. The packing ring is inserted into the first hollow unit and the second hollow unit in a ring shape in order to enclose the outer circumference of the reinforcing bar.
