PURPOSE: A system for a customized mobile content service and a method thereof are provided to enable a user to easily download a lot of mobile contents without considering its own terminal kinds. CONSTITUTION: A communication interface unit (210) receives transmission data from a content issuing server (110) and transmits a mobile content alarm message and mobile content to a user terminal (130). A transmission data confirmation unit (220) confirms the terminal kinds of the user terminal by using stored metadata. A mobile content generation unit (230) generates the mobile content corresponding to the terminal kinds by using a stored template. A content transmission management unit (240) transmits the mobile content alarm message to the user terminal and transmits the mobile content corresponding to a downloaded request of the user terminal. A data management unit (250) manages the transmission data, user information, the template, and the metadata by storing the same in each database.
