PURPOSE: A safety hydraulic pump of a power takeoff for a vehicle is provided to improve efficiency of power transmission and to rapidly supply oil. CONSTITUTION: A safety hydraulic pump of a power takeoff for a vehicle comprises an oil circulation hole (70), an opening layer (91), and a safety valve (90). The oil circulation hole circulates oil by being formed on the center of an inlet (11) and an outlet (12) and includes an insertion hole (71) on one side. The opening layer is inserted into the insertion hole and controls the opening of the oil circulation hole by being elastically supported by an elastic spring (80). The safety valve supports the elastic spring inserted into the insertion hole.
