PURPOSE: A system for preventing the crime using a panic function of a vehicle is provided to prevent the crime from occurring by making a criminal to be panic through activating the panic function of the vehicle parked in everywhere. CONSTITUTION: A system for preventing the crime using a panic function of a vehicle comprises the vehicle (100) with the panic function, an emergency situation sensor (200), a warning mode managing unit (300), an emergency situation recognizing unit (400), and a panic function activating unit (500). The emergency situation sensor includes a touch sensor (210). The touch sensor is installed in a door handle of the vehicle and recognizes a contact signal of a victim in danger. The emergency situation recognizing unit determines as the generation of the emergency situation when the duration time of the contact signal which is input to the touch sensor passes to the predetermined time.
