PURPOSE: A power receiving module using wireless power transmission and a rechargeable battery for the mobile terminal including the same are provided to promote the flattening, miniaturization, and weight lightening of the power receiving module, and to improve heat emission property simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: A power receiving module (1) for mobile terminal comprises a sheet coil (13) and a magnetic sheet (14). The sheet coil comprises a substrate (11) and the coil (12) consisting of a conductor. The magnetic sheet is formed by the resin in which the magnetic powder is dispersed. The above magnetic sheet is installed in order to cover the coil which is installed in the reverse side of the substrate. The volume ratio of the magnetic powder to the magnetic sheet is 60 to 90 Vol%. The power receiving module for mobile terminal is attached to rechargeable battery (3) using the adhesive property of the magnetic sheet.
