#CMT# #/CMT# The structure (1) has support bars (3', 3'', 3''') arranged at a side of a cladding surface (2) i.e. textile fabric, and connected with the cladding surface in side wall sections (4, 6) and a cover section (5) along a direction and another direction (y). The bars are arranged relative to each other such that the sections, which are provided adjacent to ends of the bars, are spaced at a distance from each other in the latter direction around an offset of larger than zero and in the former direction with an overlapping of larger than zero, and completely separated from each other. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Self-supporting support structure for forming a structure e.g. pavilion, room divider, roof structure, and tent, a weather protection device e.g. sunshade and umbrella, and a decorative article i.e. lampshade (all claimed). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The support bars are arranged at the side of the cladding surface, thus easily erecting and folding the structure in erecting and folding conditions. The structure is easily and cost-effectively manufactured, and has simple components and joint-free simple reinforcing elements.
