PURPOSE: An unmanned air vehicle control system in which the security concept of role based access control (RBAC) is applied and a method thereof are provided to enable multiple users to control different functions of an unmanned air vehicle depending on the granted authorities, thereby facilitating simultaneous control of the multiple functions included in the unmanned air vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A role management unit (310) manages multiple roles defined based on a RBAC concept and assigns a role appropriate for a user, among multiple roles, to the user. An authority management unit (320) hierarchically manages authorities for the functions of the unmanned air vehicle and grants an authority, among multiple authorities, to the role assigned to the user. A command management unit (330) relays information between the user and the unmanned air vehicle based on the given authority of the role assigned to the user.
