CARBON SPHERE OF PARTICLE-UNIFORMITY AND SMALL SIZE-DISTRIBUTION AND THE USE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A carbon sphere having an even particle shape and narrow distribution and a use method thereof are provided to obtain the carbon sphere having excellent dispersibility and bistability during polymeric coating and a high charge through charge adjustment as a paint article for electronic paper display. CONSTITUTION: 27g of glucose and 100ml of distilled water are stirred in a beaker. A gas injecting unit injects nitrogen into a reactor for 5 minutes after the stirred liquid is put into the reactor. The temperature of the reactor is increased to 160°C by an external heat source and the temperature is maintained for 7 hours. An outcome is dried in an oven for 24 hours after the centrifugation of the liquid. A ball grinder grinds the dried outcome.
