PURPOSE: A pillow for preventing snoring is provided to induce a user to lie on his or her side during a sleep by using a side head support, which is formed higher than the pillow to support user's side head when the user lies on his or her side. CONSTITUTION: A pillow for preventing snoring comprises a first side head support (112), a second side head support (114), a central protrusion part (140), and a neck support (120). The first side head support supports the side of the head when a user lies on his or her side. The second side head support is connected to the side of the first side head support and has a height different from the first side head support. The central protrusion part crosses the central top surface of the first side head support and the second side head support and protrudes higher than the first side head support and the second side head support. The neck support part is formed on the front upper end of the first side head support and the second side head support and supports user's neck part when the user lies on his or her side. |
