PURPOSE: A rotary hand-tool including an anti-rotation control module is provided to reduce the speed of the engine of a tool soon after the tool begins to rotate, thereby extending the lifespan of the tool and ensuring a prompt speed reduction when the tool begins to rotate. CONSTITUTION: A rotary hand-tool including an anti-rotation control module (1) comprises an engine speed reduction unit (5) and a unit for detection a rotating drive (6). The engine speed reduction unit includes a contractor (14). The contractor is arranged to convert a power supply unit into a current generator which re-injects current into the engine as an inverse polarity in order to insulate the engine from the power supply unit.
