PURPOSE: A tiltable personal portable device is provided to enable a user to tilt and open a second main body through a simple opening operation. CONSTITUTION: One end of a link connection part (200) is rotatably connected to a first main body. The other end of the link connection part is connected to a second main body with the capability of conversion-sliding and rotating. A conversion part selectively converts the conversion-sliding of the second main body with respect to the link connection part into rotary motion of the link connection part with respect to the first main body. An actuator (400) selectively provides an elastic force in order for the link connection part to be rotated with respect to the first main body. If the rotary motion of the link connection part due to the conversion-sliding of the second main body is made over a certain degree, the link connection part is rotated with respect to the first main body by the elastic force of the actuator, and the second main body performs sliding and tilting with respect to the first main body and gets opened by tilting.
