PURPOSE: An automatic micro drill position regulator of a micro drill polishing device is provided to minutely regulate the position of a mirco drill by controlling sovo motors and boltscrews so that failures in a process are minimized. CONSTITUTION: An automatic micro drill position regulator of a micro drill polishing device comprises a fixing unit(10), a transferring unit(11), a transferring screw(20), a data detection unit, and servo motors(40). A micro-drill(1) is installed on a leading end of the fixing unit and the fixing unit inserts the micro-drill into the polishing part. The transferring unit transfers the fixing unit to the top and bottom. The transferring screw is joined to one side of the transferring unit and moves the transferring unit up and down. The data detection unit is located in a side of the micro drill mounted on a fixing unit and collects information in order that the center of the micro drill is positioned on a set reference line. The servo motor operates the transferring screw by receiving information from data detection unit so that the micro drill is positioned accurately in the polishing part. |
