PURPOSE: A sewage impurity continuous treatment device including a plate screen is provided to successively inpurity by simultaneously filtering impurities included in sewage and discharging the impurities. CONSTITUTION: A sewage impurity continuous treatment device comprises a sewage inflow pipe (10), a driving motor (20), an impurity plate screen unit (30), a scum treatment unit (40), a sewage discharge pipe (50), and a minute impurity collection unit (60). The impurity plate screen unit filters impurities on the upper part of the sewage inflow pipe. The scum treatment unit removes the scum floating when the sewage flows in the lower part of the impurity plate screen unit. The lower part of the sewage discharge pipe discharges sediment which is sealed and is settled. The upper part of the sewage discharge pipe flows out the sewage in which the impurities are removed. The minute impurity collection unit collects the minute impurities floating in the lower part of the sewage discharge pipe.
