The device has a corner metal shoe (2) with a vertical sleeve nested on a lower portion of a vertical mast (1), where the shoe is capable of ensuring, by its prior setting on the ground, stabilizing the mast at its base. Two secondary shoes (3) are placed on the ground, and two brackets are secured to the top of the mast. Two struts (4) are fixed on a lower part of the secondary shoes placed on the ground, where the struts are secured in an upper part of the metal brackets to ensure the stabilization of the vertical mast. An independent claim is also included for an assembly for construction of vertical walls.
