PURPOSE: A film laminating device is provided to execute an automation work for various films by attaching the film attached to a supporting stand to the surface of a compressing roll. CONSTITUTION: A film laminating device comprises a first supporting stand (110) including absorption unit; a compressing roll (150) compresses a film on a surface of an absorption panel; a film holder fixing the film on the surface of the compressing roll; a supporting unit supporting the compressing roll; a confirmation unit for confirming the location of the fixed film; and an arrangement unit arranging the panel and the film based on a location confirmed by a location confirmation unit.
