PURPOSE: A display substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device including the same are provided to reduce the reflection of light on an interface between a color filter and a base substrate by touching the color filter and the base substrate having the same refractive index. CONSTITUTION: A display substrate (110) includes a base substrate (202), a thin film transistor (TFT) (230), a color filter (260), and a pixel electrode (280). The TFT is formed on the base substrate. The color filter is formed on the base substrate to touch the base substrate in an area except for areas including a light shielding member (250). The pixel electrode is formed on the color filter and electrically connected with a drain electrode (214) of the TFT.
